Nicole Abboud started the Gen Why Lawyer Podcast 3 years ago. To celebrate the 3-year anniversary, I interviewed Nicole about how the podcast idea came about, how she started it and the main lessons she’s learned in the past few years. Nicole is a business owner, Millennial speaker, adjunct college professor, attorney, and podcaster. She loves studying businesses: why they exist, how they operate, what sort of impact they make, how they grow, how they die! She started a new podcast called Leaders Love Company where she interviews Leaders on these topics. Along with her podcast and speaking, she writes about building a sustainable business and making the leap into entrepreneurship for Forbes Bankable.
